The Presidency of the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea issued Decree No. 84/2020, dated 15th of September, prohibiting the felling of trees and the exploitation of timber in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea
On the 30th of April 2020, the Minister of Finance, Economy and Planning (“MFEP”) of Equatorial Guinea passed Ministerial Order Number 11/2020, on the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) (the “Order”).
A major challenge throughout the Oil and Gas (O&G) sector is that many waste streams can become contaminated by oily or hazardous fluids, and possibly result in radioactivity requiring careful transportation, handling, treatment and disposal.
